Privacy Policy

Last updated October 31, 2026

This page explains, in plain language, what happens to the information you share when you reach out through this site.

What we collect

When you fill out the contact form, we collect whatever you enter: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number and a message. We don't collect anything else about you. There's no account to create and no tracking pixels or advertising cookies on this site.

If you use the preview tool, the logo you upload is processed in your own browser and isn't sent anywhere until you submit the preview form. When you do, we receive your business name, email, optionally your phone number, an image of the mockup you made (which shows whatever logo or text you placed in it), and the display settings you chose (vehicle, colors, and text). We also receive your original logo file if you check the box to attach it.

How we use it

We use your information for one purpose: to follow up with you about Decald, whether that's as a potential advertiser, a potential host, or whoever else reaches out. We don't add you to a mailing list, use your information for advertising, or contact you about anything unrelated.

Where it's stored

The contact form is handled by Netlify, the company that hosts this website. Your submission is processed through Netlify's form service and delivered to our inbox. We don't maintain a separate marketing database or CRM at this stage.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else, other than the hosting infrastructure (Netlify) needed to deliver your message to us.

If you become an active advertiser or host, some information you provide as part of that agreement (like a business name, or a general neighborhood and vehicle description for matching purposes) may be shared directly with the specific party you're matched with, as described when you sign up. It's never shared with anyone outside that one match.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form submissions as long as they're useful for following up with you, and delete them when they're clearly no longer relevant (for example, a stale inquiry from someone who never responded).

Your choices

You can ask us to delete any information you've shared, or ask what we have on file, at any time. Just reach out through the contact form and say so.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes as Decald grows, we'll update this page and change the date above.
